Store Pickup, also known as Click & Collect, allows customers to purchase products online and collect them at a designated physical pickup location, avoiding shipping wait times and costs. This service is available for eligible items shipped to and held at our partner pickup points in select countries/regions.
Cost-Effective: No shipping or international delivery fees for the final leg.
Convenient: Collect your order at a time that suits you.
Fast: Items are pre-cleared through customs and ready for pickup upon arrival.
Secure: Your package is held safely until you collect it with valid ID.
Flexible Returns: Easier return initiation at some pickup locations (if applicable).
This service is currently available in select regions through partnerships with local retail stores, lockers, or designated pickup hubs. Availability is clearly shown on the product page and at checkout based on your selected delivery country and postal code.
Most in-stock items under [Specify weight/size limit, e.g., 20 kg or 150cm length].
Items valued under [Specify value limit for customs/tax purposes, if applicable].
Hazardous materials, flammable goods, or items prohibited for in-store holding.
Perishable goods or items requiring temperature control.
Extremely bulky, heavy, or fragile items (as determined by our logistics team).
Age-restricted products (unless the pickup location is authorized for their release).
Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Enter your destination country and postal code.
If available, select "Store Pickup" as your delivery method.
Choose your preferred pickup location from the interactive map/list.
Complete your payment securely as usual. All import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no surprise fees upon collection.
Full payment, including any estimated taxes and duties, is required to place a Store Pickup order.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other local payment methods as displayed.
Order Processing: 1-3 business days.
International Transit & Customs Clearance: 5-10 business days. This is the most variable phase.
Total Estimated Ready-for-Pickup Time: 7-15 business days from order confirmation.
You will receive an initial order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
Once your order has arrived at the selected pickup location and been processed, you will receive a "Ready for Pickup" notification via email and/or SMS. This notification will include:
Pickup location address and operating hours.
Your unique Order Number and Pickup Code.
Required identification documents.
Pickup deadline (see Section 5.3).
Do not proceed to the pickup location until you have received this notification.
Please collect your order during the published business hours of your chosen pickup location. These hours are displayed when you select the location.
You must present the following to collect your order:
Government-Issued Photo ID: (Passport, Driver's License, National ID Card). The name must match the order name.
Order Confirmation: The "Ready for Pickup" email (digital or printed) OR the unique Pickup Code from the notification.
Payment Card (Sometimes): For verification, you may be asked to show the credit/debit card used for the purchase.
If you cannot collect in person, you may authorize another person. They must present:
A copy of your government-issued photo ID.
Their own government-issued photo ID.
A signed authorization letter from you (template available on our website).
The order confirmation/Pickup Code.
You must collect your order within 10 calendar days from the date of the "Ready for Pickup" notification. Failure to do so will result in the order being considered abandoned.
If an order is not collected within the 10-day pickup window, it will be returned to our regional warehouse.
A restocking fee of [e.g., 15%] or a flat fee of [e.g., $20] (whichever is lower) will be deducted from your refund to cover processing, shipping, and holding costs.
The remainder of your purchase price (excluding original shipping/tax if any) will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days of the order being marked as abandoned.
Log into your account to start a return or contact Customer Service.
For faulty/wrong items, you may be instructed to return the item directly from the pickup location or to a specified local address to simplify the cross-border process.

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method.
Any import duties and taxes paid will be refunded in accordance with local customs regulations, which may cause this portion of the refund to be processed separately or with a delay.
We are not liable for any delays caused by international customs clearance, carrier delays, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
The pickup location is responsible for the secure holding of the package only after they sign for its receipt from the carrier. We are not liable for loss or damage once the pickup notification is sent, except as required by law.
Customers are responsible for verifying they can legally import the purchased goods into the destination country.
